Healthy Together Victoria
Working with the Victorian Department of Health, The Reputation Group had a lead role in developing and delivering the Start With social marketing campaign.
This multi-channel campaign was implemented to support the increase of vegetable consumption and physical activity levels across Victoria as part of Healthy Together Victoria , an innovative population health intervention. Multiple tactics were delivered as part of the campaign’s implementation including advertising, media relations, digital marketing, stakeholder and community engagement and evaluation.
Another key component of work undertaken by TRG was to build capacity of the Healthy Together Victoria workforce, based in 14 Local Government Areas across the state, on the practice of social marketing. This involved the development of tools and resources, as well as guiding local teams through the development and implementation of education and behaviour change campaigns – each tailored to their community’s needs.
A final (formative) project evaluation was delivered, in partnership with Empirica Research, which reviewed the social marketing process and included a series of case studies developed for each of the local social marketing initiatives.
