Melissa Blair, Digital and Social Media Director
Melissa has over 10 years’ experience developing, managing and implementing digital, social media and social marketing strategies and communications campaigns designed to create long-term, sustainable behaviour change.
Melissa has led the development and execution of print, television, online and direct advertising, as well as the strategic dissemination of stakeholder engagement campaigns. Moving people to action is Melissa’s speciality with a strong focus on understanding the core client objective and building the appropriate road map to achieve measurable results.
Prior to joining The Reputation Group, Melissa worked at Manifest Communications and Stephen Thomas Ltd in Toronto, Canada, where she worked at leading and managing the strategic and creative development of projects for Veterans Affairs Canada, Health Canada, Governor General of Canada, Canadian Cancer Society, Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation of Canada and the Canadian Olympic Foundation among others.
Melissa has been a keynote speaker at the various events including the World Social Marketing Conference and Leading Social Change conference hosted in Toronto in 2013 and numerous public-health forums.
Melissa has an Honours Bachelors Degree in Community Health Sciences and Business from Brock University in St. Catharines, Canada and a Masters of Arts Degree in Health and Social Marketing from Middlesex University in London, UK.
