Switch On Campaign 

The Victorian Government has conducted an ongoing public information campaign to ensure Victorians have the facts they need to make informed choices about electricity pricing plans. 

The Switch On website, as an independent source of information, provides tips and tools on changes and improvements to Victoria's energy system. 

To support a new advertising campaign to promote the “My Power Planner” tool (an electricity pricing plan comparator), The Reputation Group developed and implemented a social media strategy for the newly established Switch On Facebook and Twitter accounts. 

The project included conducting a planning workshop for stakeholders, writing a social media strategy and developing a conversation calendar and associated graphics for the initial campaign period. We also recruited case studies and wrote up stories about their experiences using the tool for use in social media.
